Golf Returns to Dauphin Island!
The DIPOA has entered into a short term lease with Fundamental Golf to
manage and operate 9 holes of the Isle Dauphine Golf Club. This
operation was made possible by volunteer efforts led by Dale Snellman of
Fundamental Golf and William Harper, a local property owner. They
obtained donations from local businesses and residents which contributed
to course restoration. They also helped organize other volunteers
to return a portion of the course to playable condition. Their
efforts are greatly appreciated!
Dues-paying members receive a discount on greens fees for the golf course and

Volunteer Thank You...and
The Board would like to extend a special THANK YOU to
all of the volunteers who have played a role in repairs, maintenance,
restoration, cleaning, picking up litter, landscaping and office support
this year. Without you, many of the recent activities that are
bringing the Isle Dauphine back to vitality would have not been
possible. We invite anyone who has time, talent or tools to donate
to call the office and speak with our Office Manager, Denise Maul.
There are ample opportunities in ongoing winter site maintenance and the
Election Oversight Team will become active in February.
